How It Works
📋 Daily Planning Workflow
- Go to Planning and select date + shift
- Click Create Plan on a berth
- Select the vessel for that berth
- Click Apply Gang Template (e.g., Timber, Steel Coil)
- Positions are automatically created based on the template
- Click + next to each position to assign employees
- Mark planning as Published when complete
👥 Employee Groups
- OPS-SHIFT-A/B/C: Operations rotating shifts
- OPS-GEN: General operations (flexible)
- IBN-OPS-A/B: Ibn Operations teams
- TALLY-SHIFT-A/B/C: Tally clerks rotating shifts
🔄 Shift Rotation
The system automatically determines which group works which shift based on the date. Groups rotate: A → B → C → A. Morning, Afternoon, and Night shifts each have different groups assigned.
🏗️ Gang Templates
Templates define the standard crew composition for different cargo types. Each template includes positions with required skills (Supervisor, Crane Operator, Dockers, Forklift operators, etc.)

Tips & Tricks
- • Use Ctrl+P on the planning page to print
- • Click on employee names to see their skills
- • The group badge shows which shift group an employee belongs to
- • Published plannings show a green checkmark in the header
- • Use the date picker to plan ahead for upcoming days
- • Export utilization reports to Excel for further analysis
